Only commenting cause i browsed by this page and saw lambda and beta were at the top. PiKapp is the top frat at DU, and it's not even close. Sig chi has some great dudes but they have no house.

Beta here is a different frat! Within literally 3-4 pledge classes the whole org gives off a different vibe than years past. They used to be called the PLP frat when I was a freshman but that’s changed a bit. Most of them are smart but they also boyfriend material !!

Delta Zeta is a well-rounded sorority known for its high GPA, strong philanthropy, and active campus life. They're super involved, always hosting events, and looks like they had a great 2024 recruitment. With plenty of mixers, they balance academics and fun. A solid choice.
