rankings of 2014 spring fraternity chapters

I just want some opinions or comments from people who are already in the greek system so I can get a better idea of how each one is like and their reputation. maybe give a sentence or a number from 1-10 on each category:
Brotherhood:
Involvement with Sororities (or fraternities even):
Parties:
Reputation:
Overall: (yay/nay)
These Fraternities: SAE, PIKES, PI KAPPS, SIGEP, or others if you would like to add but these are the ones I'm between

Brotherhood: Pike has the best brotherhood of what I have seen
Involvement with Sororities (or fraternities even): All of them have good relations with sororities
Parties: Depends. Sigep parties suck. SAE and Pikes usually party together. Pi kapps have whatever parties.
Reputation: SAE PIKE and Sigma Chi are the top houses as far as rep. Sigep and Pi kapps are middle top tier, the rest all suck
