Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 3.9 these guys are not the top but just still a good set a guys middle tier house but they have a f ton of members. I rushed them as a freshman and they were actually chill asf. didn't rush them but they were my 2nd favorite

Other fraternities probably spend way less money and can still throw a better party than them. They are probably confused and don’t understand that a fraternity should be about brotherhood and not about a Hawaiian party.
