Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.8 Good lord. Whenever you think top house you know about 3-4 houses that compete, ZBT is not one of them. Clearly all of their ranking was done but their own. Very sad. Shed a tear.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 3.0 Ok this is how i honestly see ZBT. They are on the rise. Are they the best fraternity on campus? not even close but they are rebuilding and getting better. Im in a fraternity on campus and can honestly say I have noticed a dramatic change in ZBT from when I first rushed. Their new guys are cool and in a year or so I think they can actually be a pretty decent fraternity. So everyone needs to chill lol. People are throwing a lot of shade their way and they don't deserve it. Bunch of good guys

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.6 I have a met a couple of these guys and honestly they made me feel really uncomfortable. They were very awkward and I don't see them as anything close to a top tier house. Their members can be rude and their parties that I have experienced were terrible.

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 2.2 I know one, maybe two guys from this house that actually knows how to hold a decent convo. Don't get me wrong, many are nice guys but they're just socially weird and they tend to be the backup house for a lot of guys. Definitely should NOT be #1 or in the top 5 for that matter.
