Girls can feel safe at this house and safe to be drunk around without being taken advantage. great house and girls DO come around!

Zeta Beta Tau - ΖΒΤ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 5.0 These guys are the best. They always through great parties that never get shut down by the cops unlike every other house on campus. Always more girls than guys there. They are just great all around guys and is one of the only house on campus I actually feel safe at. They treat every girl with such respect.
