Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 2.8 Never really heard about these guys. Their presence doesn't show nearly as much on campus compared to other houses. They're out shined by the huge popular houses like SigEp, SAE, and Sig Chi, and even some houses like Kappa Sigma or AEPi are better known than Phi Delt.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 4.4 So, I'm a student who is not interested in joining any fraternity but im interested in what the best houses are. And, by far, I have to say that Phi Delta Theta is one, if not the only, best fraternity on CSUN. Phi Delta Theta is the only fraternity that has its own chapter house. Their house is huge, spacious, clean, and Greek-y. Some of their guys are the most good-looking members of all Greek fraternities. They constantly win trophies. Their philanthropy events are always fun.

So, I'm a student who is not interested in joining any fraternity but im interested in what the best houses are. And, by far, I have to say that Phi Delta Theta is one, if not the only, best fraternity on CSUN. Phi Delta Theta is the only fraternity that has its own chapter house. Their house is huge, spacious, clean, and Greek-y. Some of their guys are the most good-looking members of all Greek fraternities. They constantly win trophies. Their philanthropy events are always fun.

Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 1.2 I mean not much to say. They take anyone who wants to be in a fraternity. The majority of the house consists of guys that were rejected from other houses. Nationally they are pretty big, at CSUN they are losers. There is only 1 sorority that they are close with. Not attractive at all
