Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 3.8 They have won two big philanthropies this semester, AOPis and AXIDs! Middle to Upper middle tier house, they are putting in work. They have crazy parties for sure but definitely will like to see them more often in the social scene. Keep it up and might just be a top house before the year runs out.

For the most part everyone is chill, but I feel they need to be a little bit more strict on who they let in because a lot of the brothers bring their rating down. Could be better if they recruited classier guys who were athletic and better looking. Hopefully the next pledge class brings their ratings up.

Kappa Sigma - ΚΣ Fraternity at California State University Northridge - CSUN 3.6 They need to recruit more minority. There's some hot guys who fit the cookie cutter of frat lifestyle. Other than that they usually run out of drinks pretty quickly at all of their events because most of the guys in their house are huge alcoholic.
