Delta Sigma Phi - ΔΣΦ Fraternity at California State University, San Bernardino - CSUSB 4.0 They may not be the "top fraternity" on campus but they definitely deserve way more credit then they are given. Did you see their Bingo Splash performance? On Point! These gentlemen are definitely on the rise. Have the best Brotherhood on campus that i have seen and all the guys are really chill. These guys are great :)
