who are the top tier fraternities? (no bias please

Which fraternities would the student population (not the members of the respective houses) consider to be top tier, middle tier, or lower tier at CU as the 2017 school year comes to a close?

Now that phi psi is gone, this certainly changes things the ranks imo are

Top Tier
Sig Ep - more social, somewhat involved
Phi Delt - more involved, good social

Middle Tier
Beta - nerdier, good involvment, little social
PIKE - try hard to be social, no involvement

Low Tier
SAE - lacking an identity

It will be interested to see how recruitment goes next year for sure

Well, I would have said Phi Psi at the beginning of the year. However, now my rankings would have to be:

1. Sig Ep
2. Phi Delt
3. PIKE
4. Beta/SAE

Sig Ep - social fun can be douchey
Phi Delt - genuinely nice guys, not great at throwing parties
PIKE - haha spike pike, they try to be social but arent the best
Beta - diverse group, some weird some top tier material
SAE - throw parties only freshman go to, not much of a frat
