Phi Delt is probably a top tier frat at Creighton, I think they just get a lot of flack because people try to compare them to SigEp from a recruitment standpoint when the two simply go after two different types of kids. They can have some fun parties (911 house saved them this year on the social scene) and are pretty involved on campus. They are known for having a pretty diverse group of kids in their pledge classes and have a small group who are your stereotypical frat boys.

These girls are fun and very proud of this sorority for building itself back up after being on probation. They are such a diverse sorority and aren't the typical white girl sorority, all the hot Hawaiians that rush are in DZ. there are a small handful of girls though who get a little too crazy and couple who are a little to easy

Crazy girls that know how to have a good time. They aren’t your typical sorority girls that are all about image and fake to each other to look like they are top sorority, they actually care about each other and don’t care what people say about them.

The phi delts at Creighton are nice guys who are pretty involved all over campus and have one of the top gpas on campus. They are probably one of the top frats freshman go after during recruitment but isn’t #1 on campus. They have a lot of parties first semester for freshman then aren’t as active second semester.

This fraternity is by far one of the best on campus that a lot of guys want to join come recruitment. They usually do really well with rush and get good pledge classes but are only dominant second semester and syllabus week. Might come off as douchebags when you first meet them but are great guys and know how to throw some awesome parties. They are also involved on campus and have one of the top gpas.
