I mean you'll start to figure it out in 3 months...rush isn't until January so it gives you time to see for yourself and get an authentic opinion and not everyone's self ranks. But because you asked...

Frats:

Top:
SigEP (typical frat guys, classy, douchey, pretty smart kids who party hard)

Phi Delt (different type of top tier because they're kinda quirky and unique, classy, very smart, party a decent amount)

Middle:

PIKE (pretty greasy, party hard and have a ton of fun, not known for smarts, definitely will throw welcome week parties)

Bottom:

SAE (Just see for yourself and form your own opinion here)

Beta (wouldn't really care about being ranked here because they don't seem super concerned about image, very smart, don't party as much, compete with Phi Delt for a lot of kids during recruitment)

sororitys:

Top:
Gphi (Pretty, smart, fun...everyone wants them during recruitment)
A Phi (Pretty, cool, fun, kinda catty...easily top tier)

Middle (big gap from top) :
DZ ( Fun, strong sisterhood, lots of girls who don't get Gphi and Aphi so they're probably #3, always seem to be in trouble)

Pi Phi (Smart, cute, quiet...not much else to say)

Theta (could probably drink some frats under the table, fun, chill and don't seem to care about image)


Bottom: (pretty big gap from the middle)

Kappa and Tri Delt (Nice girls but there's not much to really describe them...a lot of girls who really wanted to be in a sorority)
