apparent internal misogyny

I’m rushing this year and I’m kind of unsettled by how it all seems like a competition to be looked upon favorably by frats? Is that what being in a sorority is effectively about and are there any women already in Greek life who get that sense and can speak to it?? Obviously rankings are based on who is wealthiest/most conventionally attractive/most desirable, does this not bother sorority women at Columbia?
