They come off nice and sweet and then u find out they dirty rush like crazy...pre-picking girls based on factors like wealth and looks. Not fun. I have a few theta friends and they're nice, but as a whole they seem like friends just because of money

where i wish i was. as someone who rushed last year and ended up in a diff sorority than axo, i made a huge mistake. my sorority is rude and catty and i often hang w axo girls instead - crazy organized w exec and everyone is crazy nice. top tier 100%

This fraternity has really gone down hill. There used to be a strong sense of brotherhood but now it’s very fractured and the juniors and seniors don’t talk to the freshman and sophomores. I’ve heard from many of my friends in the chapter that they wished they would’ve rushed elsewhere. Not to mention the guys are not social around campus, not that attractive, and genuinely very unpleasant to be around. I don’t know why anyone hypes them up, and I want my sorority to stop mixing with them cause they’re just BORING.

I have to say I am proud of the sigma nu brotherhood and how they handled allegations leveled at them. I called columbia SVR and asked if Sigma nu had reported the senior brother and because it was an ongoing investigation the office could not comment. However, the woman I spoke with did say that sigma nu was cooperative and going “above and beyond” to ensure this never happens again. I think a lot of people who now dislike the fraternity don’t know all the facts and are hopping on the canceled bandwagon. I will say the fraternity should have put out a statement and that’s on the president. But I hate to say it, what about sig chi? They have numerous allegations. Should we talk about that too?
