chi o = mean girls?

Im rushing in the fall and am just trying to get an idea of what sororities are known as mean and which ones have the cool nice girls. Are top sororities the meanest?

GR posting bait questions to increase traffic. Have seen this exact post in other schools. All houses have good girls. Keep in mind these houses have over 500 girls
