question about initiation

i’m from fayetteville but go to another school lol. why did ADPI initiate so early? is this normal at UARK? i go to an SEC school as well our chapters usually initiate in late Sep/early Oct

It’s not initiation. It’s a welcoming ceremony where NMs become official Alphas (ADPi pledges). They formally accepted their ADPi pledge ship and received their pledge ship pins.
