I know that I will get hate for this but I just went through recruitment and Tri Delt just doesn’t compete with KD and ADP. They are a top 5 house. At least with all my friends this year. I went a different top house but they compete with zeta, pi phi, and KKG. Chi o really is in a different league. They get who they want and you know in the spring/summer if you will be a Chi o.

I think op is correct that tri delt competes with zeta. Doesn't make tri delt a top house. I don't know anyone who picked them over a top house on bid day. I did know some girls in my group who picked them over kappa and zeta to go to pref.
Chi O does not get all the ones they want. A lot of them, but not all.

😂 I agree chi o gets a lot of girls they want….usually the girls that are stuck on rankings…..I personally thought their recruitment felt weird. When it came to two party day I ranked them 3rd. Maybe I would have been cut as all of you will say on here, but I honestly thought something was weird in their house during recruitment. My gamma chi was even surprised by my rankings and asked me if something happened and why I ranked them 3rd 🤷🏻♀️.

Why does DDD get so much hate, they are smart - nice - cute girls. And their house is awesome.

Zta cuts more night one than tri delt does. They also have a higher return rate.
