I'm thinking about rushing in the fall and was wondering if frats throw any wild parties over the summer? Specifically over this summer.

Yes there are unofficial rush parties all summer. I personally have attended Phi delts lake day and a couple of house parties. Go to the U of A's Greek website and find the rush chairs contact info. Email or text them and they should give you an invite to all of their fraternities events.
