I would not bet on getting a $6 million dollar house for them. They are getting better and could see SigEp national helping them get a nice $3 million dollar house but 6 or 7 would be redic.

i've been hanging with them, and these are some of the most down to earth people. they are super welcoming, and that brand new house should make this fraternity a top tier.

fastest growing fraternity on campus. amazing guys. and word on the street is within the next three years a $6.8 million house is going up right next to SAE.

Really cool group of guys. Down to earth and fun to hang with, partying or not partying. My only negative is that in the few times I've been there, I've seen like 4 hot girls.
