Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at University of Arkansas at Fayetteville - UARK 2.4 Sig Ep has improved a lot over the last few years. Some of the guys are REALLY strange, but some of them are really sweet and genuine guys also. I feel like if they could get a better house, they could easily become a great fraternity.
