They purposefully cut 95 percent of guys first round as a slap in the face to all other houses. On day 1 a memeber told me they already made selections before the first group even walked through the door.

They have a secret function with Chi O in their tunnels under campus. It’s actually insane. They have to pay the university 300k each year to keep it hush hush but it’s been happening since like the 60’s

Easily the best house on campus. They are cute, fun, involved, and extremely wealthy. Their only downfall is they like to make it known how exclusive they are so it comes off as rude to a lot of people but overall a 9/10!
