Houses that girls cry over in recruitment, and then hate but stay in it for the title:
Theta, Pi Phi, Alpha Phi
Houses that are chill and know not to take themselves too seriously:
DG, DZ
Houses that are always in the middle:
AXO, KKG, Chi O (AXO is much more popular than the other two)
Houses that need to get their feet under them a bit:
ADPi, SK, Gamma Phi..
(SK is moving up though.)

my roommate is a theta and she loves it. she brings her sorority sisters over and they are awesome girls. seriously, pan love stop being so negative

Add AGD to the bottom and make a separate tier for AXO (higher) and GPhi (lower). BTW, Sigma Kappa is only moving up in their heads and annoying the hell out of everyone else.

Alpha Phi is on a tier right below Theta and Pi Phi. They are pretty much tied with DZ. some even think dz is better than a phi, but it really is a personal preference thing.
