Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Arizona State University - ASU 1.0 If a girl gets dropped by every house except one after first round this is usually where they end up. (They were probably dropped for a reason- these are social clubs). A chapter falls behind when they can't be selective during recruitment due to low numbers and unhappy members dropping. Not a typical "sorority experience" and is a participation trophy in greek life. There are some great girls but if retention doesn't improve it could very well become another AGD situation.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Arizona State University - ASU 2.0 This house definitely gave me a mixed vibe at fall recruitment last year. Majority of the girls could not hold a conversation. I felt that I was the one recruiting them in a way which was kind of questionable. However, I did bond well with a few girls at pref round. I think some girls are really genuine and nice but a majority give this awkward vibe. I don’t think this house sucks by any means but they definitely need improvement on recruiting well. Other than that, they do have the potential of going from a bottom to a top tier house.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Arizona State University - ASU 1.0 The girls in this chapter are horrible to each other and self-centered which brings the mood down considerably. Lots of small friendships rather than being a chapter where lots of people can at least get along.

Alpha Delta Pi - ΑΔΠ Sorority at Arizona State University - ASU 1.0 They have to keep doing bid day over and over because they never reach quota. More of a club than a sorority as everyone has to be taken for number purposes which must make things odd. Cannot create and choose a sisterhood like most other houses can.
