the GLV skyrocketed Greek life at ASU. definitely brought the liveliness of Greek life back to campus and provided killer accommodations. frats still throwdown outside the GLV but its a good balance.

while compared to the overall population of the school greek is small, the community is huge by just numbers. your top tier houses throw it down, and the GLV has greatly improved housing. rum for sure

The system works for about 80% of the girls leaving the rest confused , heartbroken and unnecessarily very unhappy the 3rd week of their college experience as Freshman. For supposed sisterhood - what about the girls that slipped through the cracks who left feeling dejected? I have great grades , tons of activities and re letters. I’m not over confident but make friends pretty easy . Never had a problem fitting in anywhere. I have dated all through HS and been told I’m pretty . How can I go through rush and not be matched with one good fit? My friends are shocked , current sisters shocked so I don’t think I have the wrong impression of myself . I was dropped from every sorority I clearly would fit into at least 7 and left with ones I had nothing in common . The whole experience was hurtful embarrassing and left me with a bad impression. I had a lot to offer but have no desire to go thru that again

People will try to tear down ASU for not having the standard greek row, but that is pretty irrelevant. Houses throw down, are philanthropic, and are just a good time. Anyone who is hating on us is probably a GID, better luck next time at bid day. Also no patty for the kitty.
