Sigma Phi Epsilon - ΣΦΕ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 3.4 Sig Ep has a really hot fall 13 PC and hot actives but some of them can be pretty douchey. Don't get me wrong some of them are real gentlemen and fun to hang out with, but it seems like there are a few really bad apples that ruin it for the rest of them..
