Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 2.4 Truthfully, a bunch of average guys throwing average parties at average houses. They think they are top house when most girls on campus would disagree. Not even close. Still worth stopping by and meeting some of the guys though. Definitely a few gems hidden behind mediocrity. Their bigger parties are the ones worth considering going to.
