Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 4.0 Honest review, these guys are obviously not top but I would put them in a rising tier They have increased greatly from how they were when they started. They still need to work on sorority relations but other than that they seem like nice guys and are easy to have a good time with.

Chi Phi - ΧΦ Fraternity at Arizona State University - ASU 3.0 super nice group of guys in general & they throw fun parties. only thing is that they're new so they're still working their way up the tiers, but instead of trying to do it the right way (throw good parties & mixers & philos & wait for people to notice) they're trying to jump tiers by shoving themselves up thetas ass and hoping it makes them look cool. youre fun guys w a good brotherhood, rely on that instead of kissing ass

I always feel safe and these guys go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. These guys are on their way up and I don't see them going back down any time soon.
