Formal recruitment as upperclassman transfer?

Hey I am a rising sophomore who transferred from another 4 year school and wasn’t in a frat (school had a weird delayed recruitment thing)… to make things even more “fun” I can’t drink due to medical reasons

How difficult/easy would it be to rush?

Also which frats would go easy and be more understanding of the drinking thing thru pledge-ship and which ones wouldn’t?
