Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Houston - UH 4.4 These guys are definitely top tier! They have the best tailgate every season hands down. It's always super packed! All of the guys are outgoing, and easy to talk to. They have some of the best parties! Too bad "CMA" ripped off their risky business party this past fall.
