Without a doubt the top fraternity on campus. pros: most attractive chapter on campus, have their own mansion on campus, have a lot of money to do events with, biggest philanthropy on campus, amazing parties in their own house cons: tend to be a little full of themselves, give guys from other fraternities the stink eye, sometimes douchey to women or their girlfriends, get drunk on their balcony or front lawn and yell stuff at passersby

Ghost chapter, almost non-existent on campus. Want proof? Ask any sorority girl if she's attended one of their parties -- if they even throw parties.

One of the best fraternities on campus behind sigma chi. they were on social probation last semester but their sanctions have been lightened and they're running their chapter a bit more smoothly as a result. great looking guys that know how to have a good time

Honestly pi kapp has gone down and they know it. They recruit quantity not quality. They are threatened by Kappa Sig, KA, and others so they try to get other fraternities in trouble. They wear clothes like a highschool frat star, you shoulda stopped wearing polo about 3 years ago. its just going all down hill from what ive seen. you're losing it pi kapp.
