frontier fiesta

I am coming to UH in the fall and planning to rush. I have heard a lot about Frontier Fiesta and it sounds like fun. Is it like Round-up in Austin to showcase fraternities and sororities? Or is it something I should skip until I am a student? I am not necessarily hoping to get in on the party scene or make contacts prior to recruitment. I just want to see the Greek organizations in action. Is it appropriate to come?

I didn't know if that was appropriate or considered dirty rushing. I am outgoing but don't want to seem pushy!

It's not really dirty rushing if you are the one taking the initiative to meet them, though if it was the other way around it could be seen that way.
