Of course they would say that. No one wants to lose their houses, so when something like that happens your first instinct is to deny it

No one would care anyways. Pike would still be fine and Theta Chi wouldn't be able to utilize the house properly so it would go to waste.

They got it, I know the guys who signed the lease. Theta chi definitely has that house next year, lets see what they do with it.
