this is mostly accurate apart from the fact that you're judging KA and FIJI solely on the fact of their housing situations when in reality what makes a top tier fraternity top tier is the brotherhood, not the house. Girls are still gonna go to every KA party because of the guys and they will still get top pledge classes and girls will continue to avoid FIJI like the plague

KA still has places in Forest Hills and can throw good parties. FIJI has Gingerbread which isn't actually good for parties if you've ever been inside it and nobody is going to go to any of their parties anyway.

sigep sucks and is basically irrelevant, same with fiji, both have little brother complexes when it comes to better fraternities
