My perspective from word of mouth from the last year of the 10 best frats to rush, interchangeable at bottom with honorable mentions

1. Dsig - arguably best frat, best housing, well rounded brothers
2. KA - hard to get in, top 5 frat at worst, best individual house, bad recent PCs
3. Snu - great housing, good parties, top 3 at worst, bigger fraternity
4. Pike - decent housing, top heavy, top 5 at worst, bad recent PCs
5. Asig - decent housing, well rounded brothers, hit or miss parties, good recent PCs
6. SAE - smaller fraternity, good parties, decent housing, top heavy, bad recent PCs
7. Phi Psi - smaller fraternity, great parties, decent housing, good recent PCs
8. Theta Chi - decent parties, bad housing, well rounded brothers
9. Lambda - top heavy, good housing, good parties, good recent PCs
10. Pi Kapp - decent housing, hit or miss parties

HMs

SigEp - good housing, decent parties, top heavy, good recent PCs
Kap Sig - good housing, well rounded brothers, hit or miss parties, bad recent PCs
DTD - hit or miss parties, decent housing


other fraternities aren't worth rushing as a first option in my opinion
I recommend rushing somewhere in the top 5, and picking a backup anywhere below that, if you're less confident pick a lower half as your first option and find a backup in HMs or one not listed in a lower tier
