what factors into why a srat rises and falls on the tiers? looking back aphi used to mid/low and zeta and sss were top.

jmu rankings are completely looks/mixer based so aphi started recruiting more for looks and zeta and sss started getting more of a mix of girls. zeta and sss also used to have solid relations with top frats which you can still kinda see partially but now other sororities, like aphi, have taken over those relations.
