Completely honest there isn’t really a “best” house considering the Harrisonburg area itself is pretty run down. There’s not really any big nice houses like UVA or southern schools. We make the best of it though lol

Pike: best overall housing
Dsig: Decent houses (not what makes them)
ATO: best party houses but that’s it
KA: Best housing for brothers, meh party house
Sig Nu: Prob right behind pike for overall housing, pretty spread even

Forget what frat has that old hotel but heard it gets too hot to even pack full
