when does COB open up

COB doesnt open up like formal recruitment. It’s done individually by each chapter that is below chapter total (even if a chapter hit quota in the fall they can be below chapter total and recruit in the spring). It’s actually pretty hard to get a bid because you have to 1) know someone well enough to find out if they are recruiting 2) know people/be really cool to get invited back each round. I’m sure looks factor in but knowing people is really the key since most chapters will keep it so low key most people don’t know who does it
