I think it’s the other girls ranking sororities. If I had a dollar for every time I see “pack it up phi sig,” or “ASA is overrated.” I’d buy Dave’s taverna and open it back up.

I think most of the "pack it up Phi Sig" type stuff is a joke. You're right about the "(Insert top tier house) is overrated" thing though, some girls are just trying to tear down other girls they know are more liked than them.
