Theta or Phi Mu
by: PNMTheta and JMU are my top 2 rn and ik obv we're not allowed to ask sisters about parties and frats during rush I decided to come on here. Which one is better socially? The girls I talked to were all equally as nice and awesome so I wanna take this into consideration

theta mixed with kdr and beta... it’s definitely more accurate to say they’re equal social wise

my boyfriend is in kdr and theta also told kdr they didn't want to mix with them bc they aren't on the same 'tier' level. kdr begged them with an 80's in aspen theme and ice luge. After agreeing to mix they didn't even show up to the mixer. very rude

There is so much drama on here around this one mixer. we showed out to the mixer and had so much fun! End of story can everyone get over it now

to whoever feels the need to constantly point out that theta mixes with beta and kdr get over it lol like do you bring up that SK mixed with beta too or tri del mixed with a club sport? Theta also mixes with ato, phi psi, pikkap, pike, and others so pack it up. There is nothing wrong with being diverse in who you mix with!!

I don’t know much about who phi mu specifically mixes with but I know they mix with middle tiers a lot, I know theta mixes with pi kapp and phi psi the most and they also mixed with ato, ka, pike, and sig ep last year

Both sororities are pretty equal socially, and both have very genuine and sweet girls, so don’t stress too much because either way you’ll get a fun sisterhood! I remember being super torn between my two prefs but I thought about all the rounds, conversations id had, and also the philanthropies and made the right decision for me! Good luck!

Can’t go wrong with either chapter. I would say theta is more academic and phi mu is more into philanthropy. ms madison was a phi mu two years ago!

^ I also would keep in mind mixers aren’t going to be going on for awhile, BUT on pref night there are ways to hint about social aspects of the sorority without actually saying it. I wouldn’t listen to greekrank for the most part because girls from other chapters are going to be trying to bring down other sororities and start rumors to make themselves look better.
