Why do you guys think that so many girls didn’t rush this year, and a huge number dropped out entirely?

I think a ton of girls dropped out because of how recruitment works, it's a terrible system because some houses will drop like 1/4 of girls rushing right after open house and usually those houses are the pnm's tops.

That number is actually way higher. my house isn’t considered “top tier” and we dropped nearly half after open house
