theta & ast

Everyone keeps either putting them down with gamma Phi/adpi or with Phi Mu and honestly think should be their own their teir, Not with Phi Mu/alpha phi but also not down with adpi/gamma phi ??

First off, phi mu and alpha phi are not the same tier. I do agree that ast and theta are considerably above adpi and gphi lol but everyone aleady knows that ast, theta, and phi mu all fw each other and are in the same tier
