The reason why people make so many tiers is because ZTA, Tri Sig, and Phi Mu aren't at ASA, SK, and Try Delt's level and people aren't ready to believe that Theta and AST have fallen to Gamma Phi, Adpi, phi sig level, with all of them being distinctly better than DG
