sorority recruitment/hazing

I'm a freshman unsure about rushing this semester. Could you please share your thoughts?
Also, what sororities haze and how intense is the hazing?

Hazing is very easily avoidable at jmu sororities if I’m being honest, you can semi tell based on personalities which sororities do haze during recruitment but it really isn’t that many
