how is phi psi?

transferring from Ohio State university, how is the Phi Psi down there? I know they are new but I want to see what i'll be getting into

They're brand new, mixed bag of guys but they have a lot of potential and drive especially for a new chapter

Not pushing middle tier, they might have potential at some point but not yet. Definitely still bottom with KDR.
