I’m gonna be honest, it might get a bit overwhelming for you. Recruitment is a really tough process but it’s so worth it! Most houses won’t be turned off by shyness. If you can hold a conversation pretty decently, you’ll almost certainly get a bid somewhere! Just remember that the girls you’ll be talking to are just like you, the only difference is that they received a bid somewhere a year or so before you. Good luck!!
