They have more/bigger/better houses than KA and unlike ATO they are still on campus. KA fell off hard after PBX got 512 Main, but they will probably be in the upper tiers for a while. ATO will keep dropping and will drop even harder once they lose Main to Pike and then once their juniors & seniors graduate
