They're all great sororities and top at JMU (along with tri Sig in my opinion). ZTA and tri delt are really similar in the sense that they're more low key take home to your mom kind of girls whereas SK is more of the fun party girls!
But there are "take home to your family" girls in SK and there are fun party girls in ZTA/tri delt as well. I just said what they're stereotypes are!
