Depends on the frat and what they need/are looking for. Most will give bids out to any guy they think is good enough to get one. Some give out bids so they can grow the size of their chapter, others keep numbers low. KA, SN, Pike and ATO usually get the kids they want, I'd say they each get 90-100% of the kids they give bids to. Most pledge classes in the fall range from 15-25 guys.
