transfer student

I transferred to JMU last spring with my associates from a community college but obviously there's only formal recruitment in the fall. I'm going to be a junior this fall so I'm worried that that will effect my chances of getting a bid even if I'm a transfer student? I want to rush so bad because I've always wanted to join a sorority but I don't want to go through recruitment if there's no hope for my old ass

I know so many girls that rushed as juniors that got a bid from great sororities. The only sorority you don't really have a chance with is ZTA cause they usually just like freshmen. But other than that you have an opportunity with every sorority at JMU! Give it a chance! If you don't I think you'd really regret it!

You should still rush! I joined a great sorority as a junior, as well.
