I feel like recruitment at jmu is 90% looks 10% personality. so superficial and frustrating

Sorority recruitment here is so competitive because each sorority is looking for something different in the PNMs. I know with my sorority, you could be the prettiest girl in the room but if you don't have a personality you will not be getting asked back but with some other sororities here it's the opposite. It all depends on the sorority because they all recruit differently.

First impressions are everything during recruitment because your basically gonna be having the same conversation at every house during first rounds, so yeah the way you dress and look is more important during the first rounds after that your personality matters more
