What soroities had to do spring rush too?

The sororities won't know who has to do spring rush until after formal recruitment is over. Spring rush isn't always necessarily a bad thing, it could be for something as simple as too many seniors graduating in the fall and not the spring.

most of the soroities this year had to do spring rush, but spring rush is very weird so dont ever count on that as a backup option

Agreed. Spring rush works very weirdly and your options are very limited. Also the sorroities that do it usually already have an idea who they want so I wouldn't count on it.
